1. Informational nature of the content

2. Services and contracting

Specific services (diagnostic, 21-day project, scaling, support) are governed by a separate contract or written scope, which prevails over the site content. Price ranges shown on the site are indicative until a written offer.

We work on the principle of "first we understand the process, then we automate it": we do not promise specific business results; a contracted project includes measurement by which the effect is judged.

Our services are intended for business and professional needs (B2B). The form asks you to confirm that capacity so we can qualify the inquiry. That acknowledgement does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer or other statutory rights where they apply.

3. Intellectual property

The site content (texts, structure, visual elements) belongs to "SpestiVreme" OOD unless stated otherwise. Quoting with attribution is allowed; systematic copying for commercial purposes is not.

4. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness. "SpestiVreme" OOD is not liable for damages from decisions made solely on the basis of site content, nor for temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site may link to external services (e.g. a call-booking calendar). These are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by changing the date at the top. Bulgarian law applies; disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court, and where you act as a consumer, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
